How to make simple steamed pork and Chinese cabbage!!

Today's recipe is simple steamed pork and Chinese cabbage!😘

TIPS🌟

Keep seasoned pork in refrigerator for 30mimutes to flavor pork well. Other cooking processes are very simple, so season pork enough at this time!😉🌟

 

INGREDIENTS🍅

·300g of sliced pork
☆1 table spoon of cooking sake
☆1 tea spoon of salt
☆grounded garlic
·1 leek
·250g of chinese cabbage
·100g of maitake mushroom
·100ml of cooking sake

 

INSTRUCTIONS🍳

Put ☆ingredients and sliced pork. And keep them in refrigerator for 30mimutes.😄

Cut leek into 1cm width and chinese cabbage into 5cm width.

Take maitake mushroom apart into bite size.😃

Put leek, chinese cabbage, maitake mushroom and pork into frying pan in this order. Then sprinkle 100ml of cooking sake on them.😄

Turn middle fire on and put lid on them.

Steam them for 10mimutes.

DONE!!❤️😍
