Root vegetables gratin with Okara (soy bean) sauce ingredients /scale 2people
·40g of Okara powder
·2 turnips
·100g of lotus roots
·150g of grounded chickens
·300~350ml of soy milk
·1 table spoon of Miso
·pizza cheese
·oil
·parsley
INSTRUCTIONS🍳
Cut turnip and lotus roots into bite sizes.😃
Put oil in frying pan and cook grounded chicken with middle fire.😊
When they change color, add turnips and lotus roots.
After they are cooked, put 40g of Okara powder and mix them.😄
Then add 300~350ml of soy milk and cook them with weak heat.
Put 1.5~2 table spoons of Miso and mix them.😊
Take them into heat resistant plate and sprinkle pizza cheese.
Then cook with oven to melt cheese.🤣
After that sprinkle parsley on it!
