Recipe of Simmered Flatfish🐟🌟

INGREDIENTS🍅
·flatfish
·ginger
·leek
☆2 table spoons of sweet sake
☆2 table spoons of light soy sauce
☆1 table spoon of sugar
☆6 table spoons of water
☆6 table spoons of cooking sake
INSTRUCTIONS🍳
Cut ginger thinly, and cut leek for 4cm~5cm.
Put flavor sauce (☆) and ginger into flying pan.
Then turn fire on.
When flavor sauce is boiled, put flatfish and white parts of leek. (Green parts of leek will put later.😄) (Put on white parts of leek between flatfishes.)
Put lid which made from aluminum foil sheets to flavor flatfish well.
And boil them for 5~6minutes.
(When this phase, the flavor sauce should be boiling to coat flatfishes with it between lid and flying pan!🐟)
After that, remove lid and put green parts of leek.(to maitain their color.)
And boil them for another 4~5minutes.😃
Done!!
It is soft flavor, flatfish's taste and flavor sauce are well matched!❤️
