Recipe of simmered meat balls!😋
Lotus roots inside meat balls is good accent.❤️ Combination of well flavored rice vermicelli and meat balls are tasty!

INGREDIENTS 🍅
☆200g of grounded beaf and pork meat (mixed)
☆40g of rotus root (chopped)
☆5g of ginger (grounded)
☆1/4 of leek (chopped)
☆1/2 of egg (mixed)
☆1/2 table spoon of soy sauce
☆1/2 table spoon of sweet sake
☆2 table spoons of potato starch
☆salt
·50g of rice vermicelli
·2 green peppers
·1/4 of carrot
·2 Shiitake
·a table spoon of sesame oil
·400ml of Dashi soup (It can be made from Dashi powder.)
·2 table spoons of sweet sake
·2 table spoons of soy sauce
·mixed a table spoon of water and a table spoon of potato starch
·black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS🍳
Mix ☆ingredients in cooking bowl until meat become sticky. And make meat balls.😄
Put oil for 1cm height in frying pan and heat it for 160degrees. Put meat balls into it and fry them 3minutes for each sides. (Make well heated meat balls at this process.🌟)
Cut vegetables! Cut Shiitake, green pepper and carrot into thin slices.
Put sesame oil into frying pan and cook vegetables with a little amount of salt.😃
When vegetables get heated, put 400ml of Dashi soup, 2 table spoons of sweet sake and 2 table spoons of soy sauce. And also put meat balls and rice vermicelli.(You don't have to make dry rice vermicell soft before this.😉 )
When rice vermicelli become soft, put water with potato starch to get whole ingredients and soup together. (Be careful not to put this potato starch water too much, because rice vermicelli will get stick if you put it too much.😗)
Put them in plate and put black pepper on them. DONE!!❤️
