How to make cabbage roll!

Today's recipe is cabbage roll!

Its soup is so soft and tasty.⭐️

Type of meat and soy sauce make a little difference at taste of soup.

Using half pork and half chicken, and light soy sauce is recommended!😍

INGREDIENTS🍅

·cabbage
·400g of grounded meat
·one small onion(chopped)
·one egg
·4 table spoons of Panko
·pepper
·a tea spoon of salt
☆800ml of Dashi soup
☆4 table spoons of light soy sauce ( You can make with nomal soy sauce, but light one is so much better.😍)
☆2 table spoons of sweet sake

INSTRUCTIONS🍳

Cut roots of cabbage leaves and take cabbage leaves off.

Put a tea spoon of salt (not included in recipe )into water and boil it. After water become boiled, boil cabbage leaves with it for 2~3minutes. 😃

Hit roots of cabbage leaves with wooden pestle or wooden spatula's grip parts to soften the root of cabbage.

Make meat ball next.😄 Mix meat, chopped onion, mixed egg, 4 table spoons of Panko, a tea spoon of salt and pepper. And make wide meat balls.

Wrap meat balls with cabbage leaves.

First put meat balls on root of cabbage leaf. Take left side of leaf to center, and roll a bit. Then take right side of cabbage leaf to center. Do not make tight between meat ball and right side of cabbage leaf. Make 2cm space between meat ball and right side of cabbage leaf. 😉

Stand cabbage roll up putting down the leaf side of cabbage roll. Put top of cabbage leaf inside cabbage roll gently.

This is the way to make unbreakable cabbage roll!❤️

Put ☆ingredients and cabbage rolls into pan. And put middle fire on.

After soup is boiled, put alminum foil lid in the pan, and make fire a little low.

This inside lid make ingredients well flavored.😄

After cabbage roll become flavored, DONE!!😋
