How to make Teriyaki-Yellow tail? Teriyaki is not only a word for chicken or beef!

 

What kinds of Teriyaki menu do you imagine when you hear a word "Teriyaki"?

It might be Teriyaki chicken or humburger. They are so tasty, but  potential of Teriyaki is not limited in  these ranges.  Teriyaki magic still works on fish or seafoods. So let's check how to make Teriyaki-Yellow tail and taste it!

Teriyaki-Yellow tail recipe instructions

 

 

Seasoning for Yellow tail and cutting ingredients

To flavor Yellow tail,  mix sweet sake and Japanese cooking liquor and soy sauce. They are needed 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of each.  And mix 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, too.   And soak Yellow tail to this source for 30minutes. ( to flavor whole Yellow tail, turn over it while seasoning.)

Cut Japanese leek(or leek) for 4cm〜5cm. And make cutting lines on leeks slantingly for well flavored.

 

Cook them in fly pan

Dry out Yellow tail with cooking paper for preventing from burnt. (seasoning source will be needed later, so keep it )

And put oil to fly pan. Cook Yellow tail for front and back. If you have Yellow tails oil a lot, wipe it out with cooking paper at this time)

 

Coating the Yellow tail

When the Yellow tail is cooked almost 80%,  coating it with seasoning source in fly pan.  Put fire low for prevent from burnt.

If the source get thickness, turn off the fire.( it takes about 2minutes )

 

Perfect!! Done!

2 Yellow tale

1Japanese leek (leek)

・oil  (a little)

1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Japanese cooking liquor

1 and 1/2 tablespoons of sweet sake

1 and 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon of sugar
