So non alcohol sweet sake makes mixed Miso paste sweet, and non alcohol cooking sake keeps balance to make this recipe's sweet Miso paste!😉
INGREDIENTS🍅
·200g of pork
·onion
·200g of cabbage
☆2 table spoons of Miso
☆2 tea spoons of cooking sake
☆2 tea spoons of sweet sake
☆2 tea spoons of sugar
INSTRUCTIONS🍳
Make Miso paste! Cook 2 tea spoons of sweet sake and cooking sake with microwave for 1mimutes.
Then add 2 tea spoons of sugar and 2 table spoons of Miso and mix them.
(Make this paste ×1.5amounts. Adjust flavor as you want.😊)
Cut cabbage into 4cm square and onion into slices. 😃
Put oil into frying pan and cook onions and pork. 😄
When pork's color changes, put cabbages.
And cook them with strong fire.
When cabbages gets shrinked, put Miso
paste. Mix them well.😊
